It is a very tiny tour. But the two projects that accepted the ‘Ms. Mischief’s quest for the Golden Fleece’ bookwork/multiple are well worth checking out…
‘I am the Warrior’
Residing at 67 Wardwick, Derby, ‘I am the Warrior’ is an evolving display of creativity masterminded by Juneau Projects Phil Duckworth and Ben Sadler. It is one of a rolling programme of temporary ‘Art in the City’ projects which reanimate vacant retail units.
The exhibition continues until 4 July, the shop is open 12 – 5pm Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Salford Zine Library
“Salford Zine Library was formed in January 2010 and aims to showcase and share creative work in the self-published form. The archive sources work through contacting practitioners, poster campaigns and word of mouth. The Archive is run by self-publishing artists Craig John Barr and Matthew Walkerdine.”
The library is wonderfully curious collection of zine’s, poster, prints, chap books. When you have 10 minutes and a fresh pot of tea, do take a gander.
A copy of the Golden Fleece now lives here.
